My name is Jasmijn Janssen (June 19, 1998), born and raised in Apeldoorn.

I have been active as a freestyle footballer for 10 years and have participated in multiple national and world championships.

I am a seven-time Dutch champion and Vice World Champion 2023 and 2022.

Besides participating in tournaments, I now travel all over the world to showcase my Freestyle Football skills at events.

I started playing football at the age of five, initially at my local club and later at FC Twente. Gradually, I realized that becoming a professional football player was not my path. I spent 11 years as a defender, and all coaches were pleased with my defensive abilities. However, my true joy and energy came from creating beautiful individual actions rather than winning a match. This was also the period when I began juggling and learning my first football tricks.

In 2014, I took part in a freestyle football workshop, and that was the moment I discovered my passion. Every day, I dedicated myself to practicing and mastering new tricks. The exhilaration after successfully landing a new trick is incredible.

For this reason, I want to share my passion with the new generation. Everyone is capable of learning various freestyle football tricks. My mission is to get as many children active, enhance their self-confidence  and make them shine.
